Refund policy
Nicola Hawes operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering refunds on orders that meet our returns policy. Please refer to Refunds in our FAQ's.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the email, please explain why you wish to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defects/ Issues: If the product is defective we will exchange it or issue a full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refunds will not be given for any online orders if you change your mind. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided on any sale items or items purchased during a promotional period or when using a promotion/discount code.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
